Tap the New Project button on your dashboard. Walk through the steps — room type, scope, timeline, and finish quality (Standard, High-End, or Luxury). Add photos if you have them. Hit submit. That’s it. Contractors in your area get notified immediately.

Two ways. After creating a project, tap “Request a Call” — contractors in your area get notified and the ones who are available and ready for the job will reach out to connect with you. Or tap “Browse Contractors,” find someone whose profile and work you like, and call them directly. Either way the call happens live inside the app — video or voice, your choice — without ever sharing your phone number. Calls happen one at a time — when you’re done, you decide if you want to keep going and talk to another contractor. You’re always in control.

You’re face to face with the contractor in real time. Show them the space. Describe the job. Ask questions. Get a real answer — not a form submission that disappears into the internet. Most homeowners know within the first few minutes if they’ve found their contractor.

After your call, the contractor sends you a quote through the app. You’ll get a notification. Tap “View Quotes” on your dashboard to review it — line items, total, payment milestones. Accept it when you’re ready.

Through the app via Stripe using your card or Apple Pay. Payments are split into milestones — upfront, midway, and at completion —. If you and your contractor agree to handle a payment in person, just make sure you log into the app and mark that milestone as paid so your project record stays accurate.

You have 24 hours after marking a project as started to cancel. Open the project workspace, tap the project card, and follow the prompts.
